What size dumpster do I need?
A 2 yard works for small offices, shops, and salons. A 4 yard suits busier retail, restaurants, and small apartment buildings. A 6 yard is for high-volume businesses and larger properties. If you're between sizes, call us — it's easier to right-size on the phone than to pay for space you don't fill.
When do I put my can out?
Set it at the curb the night before your route day, with the lid closed and the opening facing the street. Route days are assigned when you start service.
Do you discount more than one can or dumpster?
Yes. Extra cans at a home, a second dumpster at a business, or multiple properties billed together all qualify for multi-container pricing. Give us a call and our team will put together a formal quote based on your sizes and pickup schedule.
How long does it take to get a container or swap sizes?
Once your service exchange is confirmed, expect the new unit within 2 to 5 days. That applies whether you're moving up a size, dropping down, or replacing a damaged container.
What can't go in the can or dumpster?
No liquids, paint, motor oil, fuel, batteries, tires, hot ashes, or hazardous chemicals. If you're not sure about something, ask before it goes in — one bad item can hold up the whole load.
Is there a contract?
Residential service is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Commercial accounts are set up around your volume and schedule; call and we'll walk through it.
How do I share feedback or report a missed pickup?
Call 270-715-8809 or email service@elevateenvironmentalllc.com. You can also send us a private message on Facebook — we read those, and direct feedback is how we get better.
